Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order after receiving your refund.
